Dean's Oyster Bar brings a full-service mobile oyster bar to house parties, wedding receptions and corporate events in Orlando, Winter Park and across Central Florida. Choose the setup that fits your guest count, and we'll handle the planning, shucking, setup and cleanup.

 

Oyster Bar Catering Packages

Tabletop Oyster Bar Experience: from $450

An 8x6 ft footprint for 50 guests or fewer, perfect for house parties and more intimate affairs. Includes shucking and grilling service for up to 300 oysters and three hours of service.

Antique Tin Oyster Bar Experience: from $850

A 10x6 ft footprint for larger events, ideal for wedding receptions and corporate events. Includes shucking and grilling service for up to 300 oysters and three hours of service.

Package prices are plus tax and the cost of oysters, ice and condiments. Condiments include plates, napkins, forks, crackers, lemons and limes, cocktail sauce, horseradish, mignonettes, hot sauces and butter sauce.

 

What Every Oyster Bar Includes

• Pre- and post-event logistics: planning, procuring oysters, supplies and ice, setup, teardown, cleanup and disposal.

• Professional oyster shucking service.

• Professional staff attire and presentation.

• Travel up to 50 miles round trip from Winter Park, FL (32789).

 

Add-Ons and Extras

Almost any wish can be granted during planning. A shrimp tower, fried, grilled or steamed oysters, and steamed clams are all available. Extras are billed in addition to the package prices above.

• Additional shucking over 300 oysters: $50 labor for each additional 100 oysters.

• Additional service beyond three hours: $50 per hour.

• Additional travel beyond 50 miles round trip: $0.50 per mile.

 

Oyster Pricing

Oysters are billed at market price. We serve the best and freshest oysters available at the time of your event, sourced through our local seafood purveyors. We're happy to suggest the best fit for your budget, or we can quote a specific oyster you have in mind. Oyster costs are estimated using the best information at the time of your quote and confirmed more precisely as your event draws near.

 

Booking Deposit

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit is applied to your final cost.
